No Alcohol in HJ Carroll Park
In the State of Washington it is illegal to open or consume alcoholic beverages in a public place" (see Title 66.44.100 of the RCW). This law applies in all Jefferson County parks, campgrounds, and recreation facilities. Exceptions to this law can be granted by the Washington State Liquor Control Board (see Title 314 of the WAC) in the form of a Washington State Banquet Permit (http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/special-licenses-and-permits) or a special occasion license for example. All proposals to serve alcohol at an event in a Jefferson County Park are subject to approval by Jefferson County. Please leave 1 hour between events as a buffer. 
This ensures there is no overlap and provides a smooth event for both parties.

*If you would like to utilize the $21/hr Education Program or Fitness Class fee, please mention so under "Additional Information" when submitting your reservation request. 

Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund will be made for facility use reservations cancellations made 30 days or more before the date of reservation. A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the reservation. No refund will be given for cancellations made 14 days or less from the first day of the facility reservation.
