The reservable Lyon's Club Shelter is located at Indian Island Park's Portage Beach. It has 3 picnic tables and a portable toilet sits at the North Portage Trailhead. No electricity, water, or grills provided.

Request a Reservation
Make a Reservation Request for a specific date and time using this website. Use the Account Login (or set up an account for your family or organization) under Account Info at top left of this screen. Once signed in, use Start a Facility Request to submit a reservation request. To check for availability for a specific facility and date, use View Availability Chart linked within the Start a Facility Request screen. 

Businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and other entities will be required to provide a Certificate of Commercial Liability Insurance insurance naming Jefferson County as additionally insured for the event.

No Alcohol in Parks
“In the State of Washington it is illegal to open or consume alcoholic beverages in a public place" (see Title 66.44.100 of the RCW). This law applies in all Jefferson County parks, campgrounds, and recreation facilities. Exceptions to this law can be granted by the Washington State Liquor Control Board (see Title 314 of the WAC) in the form of a Washington State Banquet Permit (http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/special-licenses-and-permits) or a special occasion license for example. All proposals to serve alcohol at an event in a Jefferson County Park are subject to approval by Jefferson County. This ensures there is no overlap and provides a smooth event for both parties.

Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund will be made for facility use reservations cancellations made 30 days or more before the date of reservation. A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the reservation. No refund will be given for cancellations made 14 days or less from the first day of the facility reservation.
